Property is updated and very clean. Probably the best unit we have stayed in at Sun Bird. Great view as always. Free beach chairs was the contributing factor.

Great location, it was extremely busy during spring break but the condo complex had ample security at all times. The owner is very friendly and easy to deal with. The free beach chairs are a nice touch and definitely made the crowded beach more enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.

Condo was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. The beach chairs included was a nice touch and added to the value of staying there. Hosts were great to work with. I highly recommend staying here.
