My wife Diana and I stayed here from June 19–21 and had a wonderful overall experience. The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable. It appears to have been recently renovated, with updated appliances, comfortable furnishings, and a bright, inviting atmosphere. The bed was especially comfortable, and we enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces, including the front porch, side deck, and balcony. Parking was convenient, and the property was well maintained both inside and out.A special thank you to Tracy, who was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout. There are a few areas that could be improved. While the cabin appeared clean overall, we noticed some dust on a few light fixtures and in areas that are less visible, such as under the bed. The Wi-Fi connection was somewhat inconsistent and difficult to access at times. The biggest issue was the toilet, which clogged shortly after our arrival and created an inconvenience during much of our stay. Tracy made efforts to find a plumber, but due to the holiday weekend that was difficult. Fortunately, the toilet began working again before checkout, but we recommended having it inspected to prevent future issues for other guests.Overall, this is a charming, comfortable cabin and a great place for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly consider returning in the future.

The Shack is very well maintained and has all the essentials. Quite neighborhood, 20-minute drive to stores and activities. Great place to stay.

I thought this place was really clean. It is easy to navigate through the cabin to get things done. Nice and efficient place to stay. I had plenty of parking for my boat too. The grill was nice and clean and simple to cook steaks on.

What a great little place to get away with my little family! The cozy shack cabin was clean and felt like home away from home!
