This place was awesome! The theme made the kids excited to be going on the car ride.

I selfishly didn't want to write this review ... The Kraken House is great! If I oversell it we might have to book elsewhere on our next Villas visit, but that's not fair. The Kraken House house is a superior VBRO stay because 1) it's well appointed with what you'd want for your stay - plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking things2) beds are very comfortable3) very convenient to have towels and linens provided4) should go without saying that it is clean and in good repair, but that's not always the case5) sooo close to beach and cool to get the kayaks & paddleboards in good weather6) THE DECOR is wild and has to be a curated collection7) The hosts were responsive and helpful all along the way.Our extended family each rented Villas places to gather for theThanksgiving holiday so we go to compare places. Kraken was the best one and we held our dinner there. Honestly looking forward to another stay, and it will feel like a holiday at a cool, excentric relative's beach lair.

We have a fantastic stay at the Kraken House. My boys enjoyed the decor and the amenities were great! Close to many things we like to do but in a peaceful neighborhood. Short walk to the bay to watch the beautiful sunsets! We would definitely consider booking again!

Beautiful home, well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the beach. Plenty of activities in the home as well to enjoy rainy days. Thank you to the super accommodating hosts! We would stay here again without hesitation
