The location was very convenient, the home was clean and comfortable. Realtor intermediary helped with paperwork issue in record time. Would highly recommend and would stay again!!

The location was definitely the best part of the rental! Our teenage kids were able to easily bike to the board walk and into Dewey! The house is about 3 blocks from the beach, and we were pleasantly surprised that this location of the beach wasn’t overly crowded! Having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus and they were all nicely remodeled, the layout of the house is a bit awkward having the main living area and kitchen upstairs. The kitchen could definitely use an upgrade as well as a lot of the furniture, as everything seemed worn and slightly dirty. We enjoyed the screen in porch. Overall is was a great stay and would recommend if you’re look for a good location and easy access to the surrounding area!

We had three generations together for the weekend, and enjoyed the house, the beach and the quiet location. We loved the screened in porch! We locked ourselves out the second day there, and we were able to get a spare key within an hour of that mishap!

This place is great! The hosts were communicative and friendly, and the house was great for six adults looking to stay within walking distance of the action.
