Apartment was more than we needed. Too to close to highway noise. Best equipped kitchen we've seen. Close to many attractions.

Everything about the spot was as advertised. It’s a great property. Communication with the owner was bad. We were supposed to stay Monday - Friday, but Denver had a once in a decade blizzard the weekend before. I attempted to contact the owner numerous times through the app, by message and by phone to adjust the booking, not pursue a refund. Just figure something out since we could not travel Monday. Not a single response.
Still haven’t heard anything back.
