Opinie

4 / 10

The owner was very accessible and nice. We loved the amount of space and king beds, however some beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The furniture upholstery was dirty and smells, some sagging, carpets need shampooing. The bathroom in the rec area is so worn with cracks and patching on the tub, shaky shower door, rotted trim, old and worn vanity. There were no working smoke detectors. We contacted the manager the second day because the tv didn’t work in the rec area, there were no kitchen towels, we need more bath towels because the originals were small and there were no hand towels, and the remote for the upstairs AC didn’t have batteries. I left a vm and he answered when I called again 3 hours later. They dropped off towels and came the next day to check the tv and bring batteries. There were lots of plates, bowls, and cups. There were not any baking dishes so we bought the foil containers to use in the oven. The pots, pans, blender and stuff was just throw in the cupboard to sift through.

Greg is an excellent host, great communication prior arrival. The condo is cozy and definitely room for the whole family! Would recommend for others going with extended family and need a place for all to fit. Really close to downtown and the Ruidoso Winter Park.

Good place for a large group. Could use a better AC Unit for top floor. Great location. Good place. Fun.
