We got a "free updgrade" mostly to review the new rooms with the jacuzzi. Room and bathroom were clean, the jacuzzi worked great, for the price it's worth it. Close to the center and to the parking
Bathroom door doesn't close, there's a leakage when you take a shower from the glass door and you have no privacy with the next door guest when you are outside. So if you go into the jacuzzi, neighbors have the full view.

The management / Location / Room.
No toilet paper / No mugs for coffee.

I loved the location of the hotel; it was easy walking distance to everything I needed, including the water, restaurants and supermarket. Beds were very comfortable, and I felt safe. Hotel staff were responsive and helpful. There was a nice city view from the windows/balcony.
The first room I was given was very small, but the manager offered to move me to a bigger room the following day, which was very nice. In the first room, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom; so, it was fine once I moved to the other room.
