The stay was an excellent experience

The floor in the condo was filthy. The floor looked clean. It needed mopped. Our socks were so dirty. Whoever cleans it should mop it. It wasn’t just sand. Very dirty.

Loved our stay! The location was great. It was about a 5 minute walk through the complex to the beach. The pool area was kept sparkling clean and had nice restrooms. The bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. Kitchen had very nice appliances. Our host was very responsive and friendly. We had a minor issue with the ice maker and it was dealt with right away. We would highly recommend!

The unit was clean and located close to all attractions in St Augustine. It is dog friendly which was a plus for us! They have a heated pool and all the other residents/guests were very friendly. Our issue was primarily the mattress. It was too soft and gave no support. It did not have a box spring. I woke up with a back ache each day. It should really be replaced. I did share with him concerns regarding the mattress. Please also note this unit is up against a very busy road. You can hear traffic even with doors and windows shut.
