I want to be clear - even without our personal situation, I would be rating them 10, with max scores across the board. But these hosts went above and beyond. We were welcomed with a personal note, along with a complimentary hamper and a fully stocked fridge with champagne. They provided sourdough bread, croissants, juice, yoghurt and even gluten-free bread for my coeliac wife. All the food provided was from high-quality brands, really showing the care these hosts take to make sure you have a good stay. The accommodation was spotless, with all the facilities you’d need. The king bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the location is close enough to town while also being very private and quiet. The hosts are an example of genuine consideration and care. On our last night, my wife was hospitalised until around 2:30am. I messaged the hosts at 1am asking for a late check-out. Not only did they respond at that hour, but they also quickly agreed and offered as late as we needed. They offered any help they could, and in a way that you knew they meant it. The following morning, they checked in on us, reiterated that we could check out as late as we needed without rushing, and again offered any help we needed. During a time of crisis and stress, this meant a lot to my wife and me, and we will never forget their kindness. We will always stay here when we visit Moss Vale.

It was a beautiful, peaceful and quiet location. Perfect spot for romantic getaway or the perfect size if you have one young baby like us! Annie and John had put so much thought in detail into the design of the property, the bath was incredible. I think I sat in there for over an hour. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were lots and lots of blankets - trust us, you will never get cold.

It was perfect. Nothing was wrong with it.

Great location . Set in beautiful , peaceful and picturesque location. The hosts were so kind and nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfasts were extremely plentiful. The host was terrific in communicating. The location suited us perfectly as we were visiting friends in the southern highlands.
