Clean property. Responsive owner. Check in was easy.

Great condo and property. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Palms Resort. The condo was beautiful and clean and very spacious. The host was helpful prior to our trip, answering all our questions about the amenities and local spots around Destin. It made us feel comfortable since it was our first trip to the area. Check-in was fast and easy and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable; gave us a run down on all the resort options and attractions. We really enjoyed having the free shuttle to the beach, harbor boardwalk, and other places; this helped us tremendously since we flew in and did not rent a vehicle. Overall, our experience with Villa 3107 and The Palm Resort was amazing and we will definitely return. We fell in love with Destin, its white sand and clear water, Crab Island (our favorite), and walking down Harbor Boardwalk. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay while visiting Destin, we highly recommend this condo, you won't be disappointed. Till next time Destin!
