Everything was so nice and beautiful will go with them next time as well

It is a beautiful condo. The ocean right there from our deck. Patio doors in the living area and the bedroom. It was very clean and several restaurants in walking distance. The grounds are so clean and the pool area is amazing. Highly recommend you stay there.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a great room! We didn’t have any issues.

I felt like I was always a step behind when it came to information about my stay. Initially, I did not realize I was booking through a third-party company (RealJoy) rather than directly through Treasure Island Resort.Once I arrived at the resort, however, the staff were outstanding. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even after hours when we arrived late on a Sunday afternoon. If you plan to arrive after hours, make sure you know exactly where to go and what procedures to follow. Unfortunately, those details were not clearly communicated by the company we booked through.Another important detail that was never explained in the check-in instructions is that your room access code is also the code used to enter the pool area and fitness center. We had to figure this out on our own.I was also surprised to learn that, in addition to the pet fee charged at booking, there is a separate pet fee payable to the HOA. As a result, bringing a pet can cost around 550 upfront, with approximately 250 potentially refunded after the room passes inspection.Overall, the resort staff were excellent, but better communication from the third-party booking company would have made the experience much smoother.
