The condo was cozy but not that clean. Found dirty rolled up blankets in closet. Hair in the bathrooms. Over all we enjoyed our selves though.

nice place

Our trip was amazing and topped off with a great condo in red River

The location was good and the area was quiet except for construction. Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several things that should have been disclosed in the listing. The grill was shared, which wasn’t mentioned, and it wasn’t clear whether the bedrooms were on the first or second floor. We also found a dirty sock under one of the beds, which raised concerns about cleanliness.Additionally, there was active construction in very close proximity to the property. Had we known that beforehand, we would have chosen a different location. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, but there were no hot pads or an ironing board pad. Those are basic items we didn’t think we’d need to pack ourselves. With better communication about the property’s layout, amenities, and nearby construction, this could have been a much better experience.
