We stayed here while playing in a weekend baseball tournament and we absolutely loved staying in this home! We had 10 people in our party, a combination of children and adults, and the bedrooms were perfect with very comfortable beds. The downstairs floor plan was very open and there were plenty of places to hang out. The pool was warm, the outdoor fireplace was perfect at night, and there were plenty of poolside games to play that kept everyone busy (cornhole, shuffle board, table games, etc.). The home’s design and décor was top notch, yet it had a very relaxing feel. It was exactly what we were looking for and our families constantly raved at the beauty of the home. In addition, the house was well stocked and the attention to detail was appreciated by everyone! By far the nicest home we have stayed in!!

We had a wonderful stay at Black Barn Ranch! The house was perfect for celebrating our son’s graduation from Cal Poly! The house is warm and inviting and perfect for family and friends to gather. The spa was a big hit with all our guests! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lindsey and Sean were great responding to all our questions and concerns before and during our stay! Thanks again!

House was as beautiful and open as expected, the hosts took great care to provide everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. From coffee to trail-mix and well labeled remotes, our stay was made extremely comfortable and peaceful because of all the care the hosts took before we even arrived. Will definitely stay here again !

Wow. What can we say - it was an incredible stay for our group ranging from ages 2-45! Everything was impeccable, amenities were stocked, we loved the pool, hot tub, bocce ball, corn hole, so many things for the kids! It really is a dream home and vacation spot. We visited the beach, ate out at local restaurants, even went jogging around the neighborhood every night. The hosts are very kind and responsive. Highly recommend for a multi-family vacation!
