Really enjoyed the time and would definitely rent again for a large group.

We stayed here with several of my family. The location is pretty nice - quiet block and there was ample street parking, just a couple blocks from a nice part of the beach.
We entered the lower unit to discover a terrible smell - and found an unflushed toilet that was causing the “crappy” smell. So that’s pretty gross - and the dishes were all put in cupboards without being cleaned.
“Fully stocked kitchen” was on the listing, but it was pretty lacking in the number of utensils and dishes you’d expect for the number of people staying.
Finally, the deck on the front was sagging in one corner and didn’t seem too safe.
