O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
A relaxing vacation in a spacious, newly renovated vacation home with panoramic views of the southern Black Forest.
90 square meters, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 + baby/toddler, bright living and dining room with a cozy tiled stove for cold winter evenings.
Our house is located in a quiet part of a small village just 5 minutes from Neustadt, allowing you to leave your everyday worries behind.
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Black Forest stretching down into the valley from the terrace. In addition, a small balcony on the upper floor invites you to relax and daydream while enjoying a romantic view of the sunset. Wi-Fi internet access is available.
The bright and spacious non-smoking house was partially renovated in 2020. It features 3 bedrooms (1 with a balcony), a large living and dining room including a kitchenette with a dishwasher. There is a new bathroom with a washing machine, an additional separate restroom on the upper floor, and a large terrace with a garden featuring a sandbox as well as swings for children and babies. Vinyl flooring in the sleeping area and tile flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and entryway.
A crib and high chair are available for our young guests.
Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are, of course, provided free of charge.
Important.
Children up to 3 years old stay with us for free. Therefore, when booking, please only include children older than 3 years in the number of children so that the travel price can be calculated correctly.

The location was close to town but yet far enough away to be peaceful. We loved the animals so close by!! The house and the location are beautiful. The house was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay again if we didn't live so far away!
Thank You for letting us be your guests !

Alles bestens. Würde wieder buchen.
