The house was perfect for our family of 8. It was clean, roomy, well-stocked with kitchen supplies. Having access to the beach chairs was great and it was just a short walk to the beach. It’s also located in a great neighborhood that’s quiet and peaceful.

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Easy access to the beach (5-minute walk). Host was communicative and provided everything we felt we needed for our stay, such as linens, towels, trash bags, kitchen and cooking utensils, pool toys, beach chairs/umbrellas, etc... The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. We loved the four separate porches, which allowed us to hang out together or have some time to ourselves. Easy drive in to St. Augustine as well (10 minutes).

I usually don’t leave reviews but this property was outstanding!! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the openness on the main floor (kitchen, dining room and living room). The decorating was perfectly done throughout the house - definitely First Class. All the amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious (especially the Master Suite and bathroom), first floor living space with bedroom separate worked like a charm for our daughter and her 3 small children (pull out very large couch served as a bed for 2 grandsons & our 5 week old granddaughter lounged in the large closet with a pack and play provided by the property). The pool area couldn’t have been more perfect for the grands, and 5 adults as well as a very short walk to the beach for everyone to enjoy!I highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed- it was fabulous!!

BEST. VACATION. EVER!! This home is amazing! Everything it says it is. We had a party of 9 adults. The bottom floor teen-suite was great for my sister, husband and their son, a high school senior. The main floor is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need plus more. Large pantry to the side of the kitchen that was great. Master suite and bath are very nice. We spent most of the week at the pool - very clean. We even set up table ping-pong in the garage (that we brought) - had a blast with that! Publix grocery is close and short drive to St, Augustine (downtown). I would highly recommend booking this house - quick! Next time we visit this area, I will be booking, again! Thanks for a great stay!
