Home was in a great location with loads of space and everything was very nice. Had an issue with an air conditioning unit that supplied a/c for to of the bedrooms.

The property was just what we were looking for. Definitely would book again

This is the second year that we have rented this beautiful home. It is perfect for our family. Close to the beach, well stocked with everything you need. The pool and outdoor area are amazing and interior comfy and very well decorated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property was ok. The outside area was very nice including large decks, pool and 2 spas. We spent most of our time in this area. The house was very roomy inside but there were a couple items that I wish were better. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The living area with the tv was not very big for a house this size. It would have been better if there was another tv in the 2nd living room. It was just a sitting room and not very useful. We did have some people stay in the "in-law" suite and there was a musty smell. I feel this area needs updated. We did find multiple Palmetto bugs in the house. I know the bugs were mentioned as common in Hilton Head. We have vacationed in Hilton Head the last 3 years and this was the first time we found bugs in the house. Overall I think with some updates this could be a very nice house.
