MARTINLANDIA is a residential complex of lofts and apartments located right across from the main church, half a block from the Zócalo in San Andrés Cholula. Full of charm, this space has been planned and built over many years with all our creativity and, above all, a lot of love, so that you’ll feel happy and comfortable during your stay. All apartments are fully equipped; you’ll have everything you need to prepare a formal meal, including an electric oven, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. Each space is decorated with a different theme, full of details and arranged with great care. They feature a terrace, and some have a fireplace. MARTINLANDIA’s green space, with its trees, plants, and flowers, transforms your stay into a little Garden of Eden. We welcome everyone to our space, regardless of ethnic background, gender, age, or sexual orientation—including the LGBTTTI community. Upon your arrival, we’ll provide you with a complimentary amenity kit containing: water, coffee from Chiapas, tea, sugar, milk substitute, as well as oil and salt to make your morning aromatic and relaxing. Additional kits are available for a fee.
By order of the Mexican government, smoking is prohibited within the complex. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For stays longer than one week, a weekly fee of $250.00 MXN will be charged.

It was my third stay in Pueblito. At this point, I feel it could use a coat of paint and a little filling of cracks in the plaster . there is still no hot water in the kitchen. Water issues occur in that complex and possibly in the Cholula area due to condition of wells and pumps . and no exception this time as we were without running water for three days .
Management did what they could given the circumstances but I had to buy and carry bottles of drinking water due to demijohns nor being delivered as needed. All that said, I like the place very much, it has character on its side and the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be .
Bed was comfy and the little patio is lovely and cool in the hot afternoons . The complex is artistically designed and the gardens are lovely .
I would recommend if you’re happy with not absolutely perfect , which applies to me.
