You’ll find an idyllic, large garden with many palm trees, fruit trees, and flowering shrubs. The approximately 2,500 m² community garden is equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a barbecue. There are also two table tennis tables. Due to the hillside location, each apartment has a terrace; the upstairs apartments also each have a balcony. The solar-heated, underwater-lit pool (12 m x 6 m) and the children’s pool (3 m x 5 m x 0.30 m) are open from around Easter through the end of September, weather permitting. For the little ones, there is a slide, a swing, and a sandbox. Here, with a view of the local mountain Monte Legnone, the lake, and the mountains, you can truly unwind and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Above the pool is the vacation home “Casa Bellavista” with four additional units. A washing machine is available in the basement for guests of both houses.
