Located halfway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan (10 minutes by car), 2 km from the coastal paths of the Gulf and 4 km from the ocean beaches.
Ideal location to discover with family or friends, all the charms of the Rhuys peninsula and the beauty of the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan (the island of monks, the island of Arz, Gavrinis...)
Easy and free parking nearby (50 m).
Access from Paris 2h15 by TGV to Vannes and bus Vannes / Sarzeau (25mn)
Capacity: 6 people maximum (adults or children) (4 beds for 2 people and 1 bed for one person)
This house (110 M2) consists of:
• On the first floor: Fitted / equipped kitchen (new appliances) – Dining room, living room overlooking the enclosed garden, storage area / cleaning products and cleaning equipment under the stairs, 1 bedroom with a 140 double bed with access to the garden and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, adjoining room with washing machine, water heater, meters and used as a bicycle room overlooking the street.
• 1st floor: A large living room with TV area, table and chairs, opening onto the outdoor terrace on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with parquet floor with a double bed + a bunk bed for 1 person with also access to the terrace and the external staircase, 1 spacious bathroom with parquet floor with shower, sink, toilet and storage space
2nd floor (converted attic): A bedroom with 2 double beds.
Points of vigilance: Staircase leading to the old floor with narrow steps, requiring special vigilance and 2 low beams in the kitchen.
The location of the house in the city center with semi-detached buildings requires a totally respectful behavior of the neighborhood (absence of noise pollution,...)
Enclosed garden in a quiet area, facing south with terrace on the 1st floor of the house (2 garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs)
WI FI – TV - Complete and new household appliances – New bedding
Sheets and towels not provided. Provide duvet covers 220X240 (2 places) and 90x190 (1 places)

La maison était très agréable et chaleureuse et est très bien situé pour les visites dans le golfe du morbihan

Ma belle famille moi et mon mari (même si nous on a pas dormi) avons trouver cette petite maison adorable et pleine de charme. Mais la meilleure des reaction a été celle des enfants car en arrivant ils ont fais la tête pour la façade et la porte jaune mais en entran on était conqui voir même on arrêter de raler ( a les ados lol).
D ailleurs les plus grands on saute dans la grande chambre.
Le contact avec les propriétaires par mail a était formidable et par l agent aussi.
Même si les piece ne sont pas haute le faite qu elle sois grand le fait oublié.
Et une terrasse plus que appréciable.
Je recommande a 2000%
Si un ado a était conqui vous pouvez donc y aller les yeux fermer.

C'est une maison d'époque qui reste sombre et humide malgré une volonté d'amélioration. Le jardin est agréable, la literie est propre et l'équipement est complet.
