Grand Hostel Berlin Classic

Great location, quite central but quiet area, I liked that most of the beds available were normal beds which were quite comfortable, of course it's not always ideal to be in a room with 5 other people, however if you like to walk around and explore Berlin you'll be back quite tired, so the soft pillow and nice mattress are welcome. They have lockers in the room and they're free, just bring your own padlock.

The showers were not working on the floor I was in, so i had to go to another one but that's just a small inconvenience.

Lovely stay and would come back because of the comfy beds, feeling of safety and the lovely staff.

The showers were out of use on our floor, and all of them seemed to be having drainage issues.

Awesome looking and perfect room

Nothing was bad

Location

The rooms are quite worn out and could use some renovation and be brighter. I would prefer beds with dividers in the head are so people don't see each other when sleeping. The towel is not in the room and not offered on the reception, so the lack of it can be unpleasant surprise in the morning. Some kind of insect has bitеn my foot in end of November, so the room might need sanitation. There is not much common areas in the hostel
