Great location! Pros: hot water never ran out, lots of seating in the living room for everyone, great porch and dock for lounging and fishing, comfy beds! Towels were thick and fluffy and the water pressure was great. Cons: no green light for night fishing, no fish cleaning table, no extra towels (Only 1 for each person, so if you use 2 towels- bring extra), no fan in the bunk room so it gets hotter in there than the other rooms. No tvs in the other bedrooms other than the bunk bedroom.Communication was great and the property was responsive when we reached out. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay and using the kayaks. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of cups and cookware. Ice maker and the Alexa were a pleasant surprise. TV downstairs was nice to have in the evening. This was a great house for a mixed family with kids and my dad and Sister /nephew.

This place is fabulous! There are hammocks, a Lilly pad to use for swimming, two kayaks, a paddle board and plenty of deck area with shade and without shade. There are stairs, but they are wide and have a child gate at the top. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. One con is it is 25 minutes away from the Seawall, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! The outdoor area was the best part! Quiet neighborhood, close to beach, on the canal, and a great weekend with family!

This is a great place to unwind, kick back, and enjoy! Clean with everything we needed. beautiful home!
