Great property! The beach is a short and easy walk (about 5-7 minutes). The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped which allowed us to cook in most nights. The backyard has a nice view of a pond/lagoon. The pool is a perfect size to cool down after a hot day.We rented bikes from South Beach rental company who delivers and picks up the bikes. The trails in Sea Pines are beautiful!

The property is extremely nice and spacious.A short 5-6 minute walk to the beach. It has a very well equipped kitchen area. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was a nice evening activity after the ocean for the 4 kids.Highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house is beautiful, very clean, has modern decor and is in a great location. It is a large house, definitely big enough for a multigenerational family to have their own space. Great kitchen, dining room and living room. Very comfortable couch!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard with the wildlife of HHI. The kids enjoyed many bike rides and going to Harbour Town. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach in Sea Pines. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Family thoroughly enjoyed themselves - everything is close by.
