Honestly the staff were winners here... The rooms are comfortable the location is great but the staff were so helpful and friendly and have made our stay so much easier and given us enough information to make the most of the couple of days we stayed here.

Its location was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful
The rooms were a bit dated particularly the shower room. The room wasn’t made up but maybe some later in the day?

Very helpful staff, good location, clean room.

Close to everything
The staff at the front desk were unprofessional and left me feeling uneasy. For example - asking for cash to store bags. Only stayed her for Intrepid, unlikely to stay here again
