We stayed here for New Years and it was perfect! We had two families with 5 young boys combined, and they loved the downstairs - private pool/gameroom/theater!
We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was beautiful and clean. big rooms, nice movie theater BUT the pool was horrible!!! The chemicals that they used in it burned everybody's skin. We reported it and the maintenance service said that everything was ok and by the way the pool is cold. if you're looking for a place for swimming with kids, this is not the correct place.

Easy process renting the cabin. My family and I enjoy the smoky mountains every year . Our rental was as advertised . We enjoyed the amenities everyday .
