Centrally located and easy to reach all parts of the city walking. Communicative host and clear to instructions on the self check in. AC takes some time to cool the room, but it gets there.

No soap or toilet paper provided. Would appreciate couple of pumps of soap since you can’t really expect someone coming from the airport to carry hand soap with them.

Excellent Location in the old town. Close to Campo Di Fiori and many local restaurants. Very spacious room and clean. Very good communication from the host throughout and easy entry.

The kitchen and entrance is shared with other guests staying in the property. There is a private bathroom so you will not have to share that but it was not clear in booking that the apartment is shared. The thermostat in the shower does not work.

The apartment is airy and spacious (with good air conditioning). The location was excellent for us because it is right near the Jewish ghetto. We are Sabbath observant and this property worked very well for us. It’s just a few minute walk to the synagogue and there was a key box outside the building to leave your keys. The kitchenette was useful. I always rent with a kitchen so I can cook for my family and cut down on expenses of always eating out at restaurants.

There were a number of things in the apartment that were broken and needed fixing. For example, we stayed in bedroom #1 and the bathroom door didn’t lock or even close properly. There were also lightbulbs that needed fixing and the kitchen sink doesn’t work very well. But when I mentioned these problems to the host, he was responsive and sympathetic. Unfortunately,the one real problem that he can’t do much to fix is that you enter the building through the interior courtyard and that’s where the building’s garbage cans are stored. In the intense heat of summer, the awful smell can be overpowering. It’s a quick walk to get past them, but just know that it’s intense. Any other time of year, I’m sure it’s fine.

Host was very kind and easy to communicate, whenever we text , host text back right away and helped us. Thanks a lot for everything, also building is old and very good actually, apartment is also cute. And most important location is so perfect.

Light on the ceiling is not working very well, and shower is so narrow & hot water does not flow stably. And room was cold and AC not working very well for the heat.
