Condo was great! Everything was as advertised. Only 2 complaints: pool was not open upon arrival but finally did open the day before we checked out.(wasn’t told pool would not be open ) Dryer took forever to dry. We had to keep going outside and cleaning the outside dryer vent. But as far as the condo, we would definitely stay again! Check in was easy & great location! Also this was one of the very few condos that didn’t require entire payment at once!! GREAT PERK!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 months here and were very happy with this condo and Phoenix V. It’s well kept with good security. The condo was well supplied and the very few issues we had were taken care of quickly and professionally. The maintenance crew are great guys. Our management company was always on top of our needs. This condo is spacious and feels like home. The beds are comfortable. The amenities are great... the pool and workout room is always clean and well taken care of. We plan on coming back to this condo and using this management company for years to come.

Our stay was nice. It was as advertised. Pictures make it look a little bigger than it really is. We would stay there again. The balcony was really nice and love the recliners inside. We had a dishwasher leak and a toilet leak but maintenance came in a very timely matter and fixed both. The temperature kept resetting during early morning hours and it would get hot. We cut it down as much as we had too. Very nice and the issues we had were very small. I would recommend this place.

THE GOOD - the location was great and the floor plan was terrific with three nice size bedrooms, nice open floorplan with awesome views. The kitchen well stocked and comfortable furniture (kitchen table and chairs which were very wobbly and definitely needed attention before somebody gets hurt). THE BAD - condo was really dirty (mold on the shower curtain, urine on toilet, filthy floors, ice machine that needed cleaning -warning lights were on - and layers of dust on anything above eye level. We ended up doing some light cleaning removed some of the old floor rugs. I did let them k ow but did not get a response. The did come to fix the dishwasher which was overflowing due a door issue. The place definitely needs to go on Cleaning and servicing. CONCLUSION - because the location and building were so great great we would stay again, but would look everything over before u packing and bring cleaning supplies. It is worth it for the views.
