It was the perfect location!! We were steps from the pool and the tram to the beach was right at our front door!!! I do recommend pool mornings and beach afternoons though! There is not enough beach to service the amount of people that have access to it!! The afternoons were a little less crazy !

Great house, fantastic location, could not beat the convenience to the pool, beach, and just a short walk to Peddler’s Pavilion! Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room was comfortable. Bathrooms were excellent. Third floor front balcony furniture cushions need replacement. Washer/dryer were a bit dated. But nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great house in a great location, two blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the downtown area in Seacrest Beach. The pool area is across the street from the house. The house itslef needs some cosmetic updates throughout, as well as some basic things a family may need incluing a beach umbrella, salt/pepper shakers, and coffee pods for at least one day. These minor add-ons would make a big difference.

Wonderful location, however the home needs some maintenance done I’m on it. The third floor balcony door fell off the hinges and we were unable to use the balcony. Maintenance was very responsive. They came and looked at it and told us they would be by the following day to replace the door and they never showed up. The 1st 2nd floor bedroom TV wouldn’t work. Maintenance was notified when they came and looked at the door. We were told the owners knew about it and hadn’t gotten a new remote for the TV yet. Apparently it hasn’t worked in sometime. There was a hole cut into the ceiling of the first floor bathroom as well. While the location of the home was great. Pool entrance was across the street and the beach was a short five minute walk. There was plenty of room for all of us. I feel the price we paid was high considering the maintenance issues. The house could use a deep clean, not that it dirty but things needed attention. Several of us went to bed that night to find sand in our sheets as well.
