Very nice unit with great views, pools and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Good seating on patio. Nice pool towels. AC works great. Also a great location. Tip for others; bring laundry detergent and ice.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Grand Venetian. The location is great for getting to the village at a relatively quiet location with a nice beach. This unit is in a great location. Nice view and comfortable. The condominium is nicely equipped, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this gorgeous unit!! Our property manager Ulises was very responsive & helpful!! We arrived to a welcome basket of fresh fruit, tequila, diet & regular coke, water, toilet paper, napkins, etc everything you need to get started for our 17 night stay!! The Grand Venetian is beautiful & the restaurant is excellent!! We can’t wait to come back next year!

As advertised, the view was incredible. However there were several issues. On check in we opened one of the kitchen cabinets to put some groceries in, and the door fell off. Took two days to repair it. The Bedding was not very clean. Spare bedroom walk in closet light was burnt out, no spare bulbs. No bathroom cleaning supplies. Master bedroom shower is not sealed so unless you have the shower nozzle set properly you will have a large puddle on the bathroom floor, hence the peeling paneling in the attached walk in closet. Main bathroom pipes squeal like the are about to explode when you flush the toilet. Shower heads were pretty dirty. Spare bedroom TV unwatchable. The cd player stereo did not work. The Gas grill was not in very good working order as all the burner would not light completely and no BBQ lighter. Definitely needs some upgrades to command the price they are asking. Being a previous owner at the the Grand Venetian, you can't ask for a better location, walking distance to Costco Walmart and Sorianos, and the property is beautiful. i would would suggest reading all the latest reviews and ask for some recent pictures.
