We actually had to cancel our reservation due to changes in plans. Adam, the host, was very gracious and accommodating. The cancellation process was very smooth and the funds were refunded next day. I would recommend this location. The house is well-appointed, there is a golf course behind, so all you hear is birds chirping, and the host is wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Adam’s house in Bellevue. The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the location was perfect for getting around easily. Adam was a great host—responsive, welcoming, and made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Love the house. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do in downtown Seattle and at the waterfall area. It was big enough for the six of us and very comfortable. Adam was great to work with very responsive to anything we needed. Also leaving us the wine and the chocolate was a very lovely gesture. Would stay there again if ever in Seattle again.
