This cottage is as beautiful as it looks online. Karen is a great hostess, she loves gardening so the outside looks as good as the inside. We loved our stay and hope to return.

The cottage was phenomenal, very clean and had more than all of necessary amenities. The cottage was cozy, very well furnished and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Karen's place is the best VRBO I've stayed in yet. She provided so many details to assure our comfort. The place is clean, quiet, up-to-date, lovely, and extremely comfortable. The full kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of pillows and towels, even 2 terry robes. Karen is very easy to communicate with. They live right next door, in case you need anything. If we could give 6 stars, we would!

I almost don’t want to write this bc I want to keep this place a secret so it has availability for us to come back! I would say my husband and I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and we were more than satisfied. The place was perfect. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and felt like we were being pampered with all the little niceties Karen and Peter left for us upon arrival. The kids thought the heated toilet seat was very cool lol. The house is set back from the road so we felt safe letting our kids play outside. We loved hanging out on the porch…my kids were out there at 630am most days. We cooked dinner there several nights and had everything we needed. We appreciated the kitchen having a regular coffee pot and a keurig machine. They had two robes in the bathroom which was a plus on those colder mornings. The icing on the cake was the beach pass. We will be back!
