The house was very cute and clean. In a very nice neighborhood. The beach access across the street was perfect and very private, we had the beach to ourselves, the kids loved finding shells and building sand castles. The host was easy to get in touch with. Everything is as pictured. The only thing that would of been more helpful is a microwave :)

What a great secluded getaway. The house was perfect and the host very responsive. The beach was right across the street. A great house to vacation to if you want privacy.

The house was wonderful, the location beautiful, and the owner friendly and accommodating. Our stay could not have been better. We rented the Lemonade House so our family could spend Thanksgiving together and it worked out better than I could have imagined. The house was clean, new, and spacious. The living area where we spent most our time was warm and comfortable. The beds are new, everything is new, so nothing is worn out or hard to use. The outdoor space was also fun with the clay chiminea to have a fire and a short walk to the beach, a lovely restaurant and bar, and a farm stand. We had everything we needed to enjoy quality family time together. At the last minute, I asked the owner if we could check out late and he went out of his way to accomodate us so we could have share one more family lunch together. We will be back!

The house is in a very quite and convenient neighborhood and everything has been as described! Keith was really responsive and we are very happy we choose this place! Looking forward to come back!
