Perfect family vacation! The house is amazing and very well planned/stocked. A quick grocery pick up and Starbucks and we were set. Hope to visit again soon!

Terrific property for our three night stay with five adults and four children! Great to have access to the pool from the main floor living area and a full patio slider view of the pool so we could watch the children from the inside. Big refrigerator, lots of beach accessories (towels, beach chairs, beach toys). Easy drive to Vanderbilt Beach (10 to park in the parking garage right by the beach).

pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. only thins missing was perhaps surround sound that you could play your own music from phone.location excellent. quite and central. most was very responsive to needs.

A broken bed and broken outdoor patio door, along with no check-in instructions upon arrival which delayed our check-in, is why we didn’t give 5 stars.
