Location and breakfast was amazing. Easy checkin and out.

Free breakfast and amenities provided. Water bottles were in the room.
Walls are quite thin. Thus you could easily hear other guests in the rooms and hallways.

1. The bus stop location for the shuttle bus from Itami airport and Hotarugaike station are not clear. More specific information is appreciated.
2. I could not find anyone at front desk at one occasion. It would be nice if there is any way to get their attention in front desk.

It's next to the airport and provides a free shuttle to the terminal. It's also very quiet.
The room had a musty smell as if it had been closed for years. It could use some renovation works. Even though the shuttle takes you to the airport terminal, it would be nice if it took us to Departures as it may be complicated to find our way around.
