The kitchen, plus the price and once we finally count it lol. Needed more description that some are out the back.
The toilet/bathroom needs a new light.

Good location with easy accessibility to off street parking. Secured key pad entry. Very clean.
Shower screen door difficult to open and shut. No light globe in second lamp.

Kitchen with stove, microwave and small fridge. Meant I could walk down the road to woolworths and cook up a healthy meal instead of eating out. Bed was very relaxing and the reverse cycle ac kept the room comfortable. Only a 2km walk into central Bendigo either down the main street or along the Bendigo Creek Trail. Plenty of nice cafes, restaurants or take away options within a short distance.
Wished there was a pot for cooking. Only a single frypan, so I had to have fried eggs instead of boiled.
