Check in and owner communication was smooth. Nice house on the sand for small group or family. We enjoyed the screened in porch.

This was our second stay at Dune Nothing, and it was just as memorable as the first. The peaceful setting, daily visits from wild horses in the backyard, and the chance to truly unplug made it the perfect escape.One of the best parts is having fishing and kayaking right in the backyard. The kids loved being able to cast a line steps from the house, and hopping in the kayak to explore the calm waters was so easy and relaxing.We also took full advantage of the nearby 4WD beach. Driving right onto the beach was not only fun, but incredibly convenient—especially with kids. No hauling gear across a hot parking lot—just drive, park, and set up. It made beach days simple and stress-free.Our host, Aristotle, was once again friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. This home is a true hidden gem and has become a favorite getaway for our family. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!Thank You!

Dune Nothing is a great property with all the right amenities. Our family enjoyed the quiet peacefulness and the time shared together. The location on the canal was great for kayaking and fishing. The house itself was spectacular. It had everything we needed and more. We received all of the information needed to access the property in a timely fashion and truly enjoyed our week at the beach.
