This hotel was very nice. They don’t have self parking but the valet service was on top of things. The Rooftop bar (Luna) was very nice with wonderful views. It was in walking distance to the Wharf.

Hotel restaurants are open to public and the queues take away from hotel experience.
The cleaning and service crew needs to be trained better. Ex if you receive a package under my name how about notifying me.

I like the location - it was close to many good downtown resturants
I decided to pick the place because of the roof deck looked so nice in pictures, but it wasn't at all what I thought. This place is so expensive and feels in the same style and comfort as Aloft. I think next time I will just pick to go there and it will be much cheaper.
