The location is perfect for exploring the eastern part of Madeira and offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourist areas. The apartment was clean, and both the bed linen and towels were fresh. The bathroom was clean and included a hairdryer. I also really enjoyed the balcony, which was a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring.
Parking can be a little challenging due to the location. I would also have preferred a larger living area or for the TV to be positioned near the dining table rather than only in the lounge. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the entrance door closes automatically, so make sure you always take your key with you, otherwise you may accidentally lock yourself out.

This one bedroom unit is located in a semi-rural location, approx 10min from the outskirts of Santana. The modern unit is very spacious - both in the bedroom, living areas, and bathroom, and spotlessly tidy. We enjoyed the quietness of the area, and appreciated being able to use the washing machine and coffee maker! There is a good resto about 1km down the road, which we can recommend (Snack bar e Restaurante Ilha & Montanha) for a hearty chicken/pork meal.

Well equipped apartment with a great balcony, cozy rooms and comfortable bed. Very suitable for a longer stay on Madeira. Due to its mountainous location, it was very calm and quiet. I would absolutely come again and recommend it to friends and family.
The balcony was nice, but faced the street and the views were limited. Additionally, the parking spot is very small for the two rental cars of the two guest apartments. The owner was also quite inflexible regarding an additional guest in the apartment.

Balcony is nice and the house is well positioned in order to explore the eastern part of the island
It was not totally cleaned, there are a lot of ants everywhere and the house is really cold and humid.
