Spacious, clean and cosy property. Like a tardis.Great location. Very dog friendly area.Good wifi and great to be able to park directly outside especially as partner as mobility issues. Good facilities throughout didnt really use all of them.
Would prefer kingsize bed, front blinds dont cover front window/door properly. (Couple of drops missing)Front door a bit sticky. A lot of condiments probably left from other guests are in cases years out of date. Could do with a sort out.

Good location . I arrived by train so ideal distance to walk just less than 15 minutes. Very close to the beach and l having the park opposite . I liked seeing the steam train going past .I would definitely return .
Bed not as comfortable as liked but maybe its me :)

Comfortable main bed and great location. Good TV and fridge freeze . Prompt response when we contacted the owner in relation to a problem with having no hot water (which rectified itself)
Smell of damp in the property ( number of containers to draw the damp noted throughout the property), damp patches in bedroom and the side of the drawers, kitchen units tired, cracked floor in shower room. Carpet in bedroom could do with a clean. Floor worn in kitchen. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Noise from people above (realise this is not a fault of the property as such)
