No kettle in the room

The hotel is just fine - the location is visible for everyone so I do not comment on it - Dalmine is not the city center but with a car is top convenient - close to town and close and out of the traffic jam for the Airport. Though it was said that restaurant is not working on Sat and Sun we have nice meal on Saturday late noon and though the confirmed that there will be no breakfast on Sunday a we had some breakfast the next morning - in fact it was a low assortment of pre-packed sweets, but a bread and toaster were there, fresh tasty croissants were also there, the coffee and the cappuccino were fantastic, the serving girl was smiling and polite= My special thanks and a admirations go to the guy who met and registered upon arrival . I had minor problem with my rented car on the road to the hotel and he spent enormous amount of time, effort and energy to help me deal with it - thanks to him, and him only him I have resolved the problem and changed the car in less than 2 hours. Sorry to not remembering his name - but - THANKS REALLY A LOT!!!

Everything was just fine - nice and easy parking, comfy bed and pillows, clean, air condition - nothing to complain about.

L’hotel è pulito, il personale è accogliente, l’atmosfera è serena. È stato un posto perfetto per riposarsi una notte e continuare le mie attività, era ciò che cercavo. Grazie mille!

Volendo i difetti si possono trovare sempre. Ma per me sono stati insignificanti. L’hotel corrisponde al suo status di 3 stelle: è pulito, col personale gentile e sorridente. Non ho desiderato niente altro.

Der står i beskrivelsen, at der er lydisoleret, men vi følte, at vi forsøgte at falde i søvn på en motorvej. Den første nat fik vi en okay nattesøvn, da der ikke var støj fra øvrige gæster før tidligt om morgenen. Anden nat var ganske forfærdelig og vi var helt smadret. Støj fra værelset over os stoppede først ved midnat. Herefter blev der checket ind af nye gæster med larmende kufferter på gangen samt høje råb til hinanden - døre der smækker. Klokken 00.45 kommer nye til ved siden af os og herefter høj musik, flytte møbler og et langt bad - ro ca. klokken 01.30. I løbet af natten blev der smækket med døre flere gange og før klokken 6,00 startede de første gæster med at støje. Så vores ophold på hotellet var bestemt ikke en god oplevelse.
