We had an amazing stay at this truly unique and beautiful home. The space was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and such a joy to spend time in, it felt like a destination in itself. The host was absolutely wonderful: incredibly helpful, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail to make the stay special. We really appreciated the care that went into the home and the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful property. Great pool, We had a great time.

4.8 stars rating. Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed everything this property had to offer for our extended family and friends getaway. The Great: the host was friendly and very responsive; the grounds were beautiful, quiet and clean; the pool was clean, the temp perfect, and of top notch quality; the interior spaces were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen appliances were top notch for the chefs we brought with us; and the sheets and towels were of great quality. Our suggestions: although we were prepared for a 200 yr-old, historical designated house and all that entails, we would have loved upgrades to the master bathroom and bathroom near the Boar’s Head room. We also suggest adding a coffee pot in the kitchen and ensuring the light bulbs in the Christmas string lights in the garden and in bedrooms are in working condition before each rental. Finally, be prepared to have a car while staying in Mattituck if you want to travel to other parts of Long Island. Mattituck is beautiful and ideal for relaxing, wine tasting, farmer’s markets and pristine, quiet beaches. But you will need a car to get to the South Fork and be prepared for the long drives.

Our stay was amazing!!!! Kim is the host with the most. She knows everything about the town and gave great info of surrounding activities. The guide she provides for the house made our stay seamless 😊. Plenty of room and an amazing relaxing setting.
