Carlo and Monica were exceptionally friendly hosts and were keen to chat and provide information. The room was perfectly clean with everything you need. The breakfast was pretty decent, standard Italian selection, with freshly made cappuccino to ups offered throughout. The aircon worked well but wasn't really necessary in September and being up the hill a little. The location is very quiet with lovely views and just outside of Levanto town. While it's too far to walk, and the bus is infrequent Carlo provided a local taxi number to arrange a run into town for €10 each way.

The bed itself was comfortable but some extra pillows would not go amiss. Only one very thin pillow each was provided. If you need/prefer more head/neck support, you'll be a little uncomfortable. I suspect if we had asked for more we could have gotten some extra. It's also a little further out of town than I realised so it's too far to walk, and the bus is so infrequent it's impractical, so you either have to drive and park, or, if you want a drink, arrange a taxi.

Really clean, super nice hosts, a wonderful breakfast is included, Carlo and Monica made our stay one to remember. Our stay was very pleasant and would recommend it to anyone.

Needed to call a taxi to go to Levanto center , it’s not located walking distance, but the taxi rate is 10 euros flat fee to anywhere in Levanto.

The location was perfect. Carlo and Monica will warm, helpful and kind. The daily fresh home made breakfast was delicious! The pool was clean and chairs were comfortable. Poolside drinks for purchase with some snacks were amazing. The grounds were extremely well kept. You’re surrounded by flowers and greenery. Relaxing atmosphere. Easy to get to the center of town, with many restaurants and gelateria to choose from. In addition, the train station that takes you to cinqueterre. My husband and I enjoyed our time with Carlo and Monica. We also made some new friends. I would highly recommend this gem.

An exceptionally beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained place. Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the villa owners – incredibly warm, kind, and caring people. We honestly don’t think we’ve ever met such wonderful hosts. ❤️ Best regards from Andželas!
