Beautiful condo and views. The amenities of the facility were great and well maintained. We had several intrusions by service people, some expected and some not. They were all respectful and it didn't interfere with our enjoyment of our vacation.

Beautiful condo minus the fact the freezer door doesn't shut , ice makers is broken , dishwasher doesn't work , dryer takes about 4 hours to dry one load and the washer bounces out of the closet and around the hall . The jets in the master bath also don't work …

The view is incredible and can be enjoyed from inside multiple bedrooms or from the spacious balcony. The kids loved sharing the bunk room with their cousins.

Upon our arrival the slide (main reason for booking this condo), lazy river and hot tub was closed. We contacted Beachball (property owners) and they said they were not notified of this and that I should talk to Phoenix…After my husband called back again they gave us one night refund…meanwhile other guests were getting back several nights for the inconvenience. This was a huge disappointment to our family. The last day we were there the slide came on and they were able to play. The room was very nice! We were just very disappointed on how Beachball handled this situation.
