Easy and clear instructions from the host prior to arrival. Great that it had washing machine and stovetop. Great location in the old town, <5 min walk to beach and supermarkets.
Only downside is the narrow steep stairs accessing the property, wasn’t to much of a problem for us but for the elderly or disabled this would be an issue

Great location in old Nice with many great restaurants at walking distance. Apartment contains all basic needs, including air conditioning.
It’s small, really small with a very steep and narrow staircase. If you have any bigger or heavier luggage, its really a struggle to get it up to the apartment. There are 2 bar stools that are the only place to sit other than the bed. So there is not much space to “chill out”.

Mieszkanie niezwykle klimatyczne, lokalizacja rewelacyjna.
