Lady is amazing. She was waiting for me, offered help. I asked for iron, she give in the same moment. For budget stay this place is really good. Location is great, walking distance to city centre.

A little difficult to find, with no signage out the front. This is not strictly a hotel, instead it is a pension just like most other accommodation in Georgia. Neighbourhood is generally a bit dilapidated but that's not unusual for Georgia either!

La chambre est bien agencée avec un très grand lit, une salle de bain privative et un petit canapé. Également avec un frigo et un micro-onde en très bon état
Petite cuisine commune sommaire mais tout de même pratique.
L'hôte a été très réactive tout le long de notre séjour et très accueillante.
Le quartier est idéal, proche du métro, centre accessible à pied, des commerces tout proches.
La chambre ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyée avant notre arrivée en dehors des draps. Le sol était sale, nous avons passé l'aspirateur en arrivant. La poussière n'avait pas été enlevée depuis très longtemps.
Le balcon de la chambre n'est pas entretenu et ne donne pas envie de s'y poser alors que c'est clairement un atout pour la chambre. C'est dommage.
Il y avait une très forte mauvaise odeur au niveau de la cuisine commune (due aux toilettes juste à côté sûrement).
