We loved our stay at the property. Very well equipped, beautiful scenery, extremely clean, comfortable beds, heaps of space and fantastically quiet location. Honestly I can’t rate this place highly enough. Phil and Margaret are great communicators and extremely helpful. We will be returning to stay. Had the best staycation. Thanks

Excellent location for Northern Lakes. Located in a very quite hamlet of cottages a short drive from Watermillock. Walks from cottage include quick access for Ullswater Way and local fells. The property is modern, with excellent kitchen facilities, drying room, bedrooms and wood burning stove. Highly recommend
