Our group of friends had a great time @ your home. It was nice to have plenty of items in the house to utilize. Everyone enjoyed the spacious pool area. The neighborhood is great & seemed to be very relaxing for us all! Communication was wonderful as well! Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

The property was very nice and easy to find. We like that section of Cape Coral. The hot tub was under cover and the pool enjoyed the afternoon sun! The kitchen was well equipped, including a Keurig. Outside front lights were on a dusk to dawn timer, adding to the secured feeling. Instructions for trash, recycling, checking out, the pool and hot tub operations were clear and concise. We loved the master shower with the rain head shower head option! Our communication with the property manager was perfect. Mike, the pool maintenance guy was very nice and quick on his Thursday scheduled visit. The bedrooms were comfortable and the "huge TV" in the family room was great! We loved our visit.

Our family had a fun, relaxing vacation in your beautiful home. The house was clean, spacious and inviting with its beach decor. The kitchen was well equipped with many small appliances available. The beds in all the rooms were comfortable, we all slept well. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys available to us for our trip to Fort Myers beach. Our grandkids had so much fun in the pool. The location was great; close to stores, restaurants , golf and beaches. The instructions for our stay and clear directions for checking out were easy to follow. Tips and suggestions for things to do and places to visit, as well as restaurants that were close were included in the binder. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!
