The staff were lovely, very helpful ,,,, at breakfast Mr George at the cafe makes sure all is ok ,,, he is very sweet and caring

I had a really good experience. The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. The location is very central in Brumana, so you can walk to many restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back

It is in a central location in Broumana, walking distance to many restaurants.

The property is old, a little run down with lots of workers standing around. It does not feel comfortable for the guest to be using the pool while workers are lingering around.

The hotel view and location is very nice.

The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The first room we moved in was very bad, water was dropping from the bathroom ceeling, we complained then they changed the room. The breakfast was poor, less than what we have expected. When I reserved the room, it says exceptional breakfast included, but is was below average. The hotel management appologized and sent us fruits and offered us an extra free night stay but we had to leave as we had a flight to catch. Shortly said, hotel was not worth 160 USD a night with all due respect.
