We absolutely loved the room, it was clean and felt very much like home, not to mention the beautiful ocean view right from the bed .

Check-in was easy, and we were very familiar with the area, having owned a Condo in The Summit for over 30 years. We found the unit to be adequate but well-used. There were minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. The kitchen dishes and silverware were quite inadequate. Overall, the HOA needs to do some cleanup and repair work. The stairs to the upper level were extremely dangerous.

Pros: excellent location, fantastic views, spacious condo, easy walk to beach
Cons: needs a good deep- clean, maintenance and updates urgently needed (sofa bed mattress needs replaced, interior doors are warped on the bottom, living room window needs repaired, drywall holes need patched, fridge door handle broken, etc), overall cleanliness was terrible- most notably dirty dishes in cabinets, stains on bedding, and stained sofas.
