This was a great house for our needs--family reunion nearby. The house itself is great, pretty, comfortable and clean. The kitchen has good supplies of spices and the pantry had some things we needed too. Coffee bar was nice and well supplied! Weather was very hot so we didn't spend as much time on the porch as we would have liked, but will do so next time.Kelly was very responsive to my communications and a pleasure to work with. We brought our dog and it was awesome to be able to walk him downstairs to the fenced in back yard to do his business. (Of course you are asked to clean up after your pets.) I highly recommend this house and will use it again in the future.

Excellent mountain vacation house. Very comfortable and well equipped. Also very clean! (This is the first vacation rental we've stayed in that didn't have layers of dust on the ceiling fans...) Good location for West Jefferson (25-30 mins) and Boone (30 mins). Driveway is on a downhill slope but it wasn't a problem for our 2WD minivan. We hope to stay here again.

Excellent place to get away for peace and quiet. Clean cabin and beautiful views with everything you need for a getaway. Deer grazing in the morning and crickets at night. Highly recommend for a mountain retreat stay.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful views and everything was so well stocked.
